Widener University in 1997.  With over 10 years
of experience, Cecile specializes in general
mental health issues like depression, anxiety,
Bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder,
women's issues, marriage and relationship
issues, gay and lesbian issues, and sleep
disorders.  Cecile works with individuals,
couples, and groups ranging in age from 15
years and up.
