Ms. Slota received her master's degree from
Chestnut Hill College in 2009, and is a licensed
professional counselor.  With over 6 years of
experience, Ms. Slota specializes in Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, communication skills, addiction
recovery, and codependency.  She works with
individuals (16 years and older), couples, and groups
to improve functioning and to help with a variety of
issues including mood disorders, stress, trauma
related issues, relationships, and parenting.
