Ms. Fogal received her degree from Loyola College
of Maryland in 1995.  She works with adults, has
over 18 years of experience, and specializes in
addictive disorders with or without co-occurring
mental health disorders. Ms. Fogal also works with
anxiety, dissociative disorders, gender identity,
LGBT issues, and mind/body/self care.
